What are they ?
Open surgeries are an opportunity for managers to have a one to one consultation with an Applio practioner in a non sales environment. We undertake a fixed number of these surgeries each month. They provide anyone who is not an Applio client, with a no obligation opportunity to access specialist knowledge and advice. You can use a consultation to:
- discuss specific challenges you may be having in your environment
- verify or gain a second opinion on a business situation or plan
- seek clarification on an industry area or topic
- receive advice on resources and approaches to address particular IT performance improvement opportunity.
The sessions are undertaken either via conference call or face to face depending upon which is most convenient.
Surgery Protocol
To ensure the sessions do as intended and add value we adhere to a strict set of protocols:
- we have a brief discussion when you book an appointment to ensure that (a) we understand your objectives from the session and that (b) we can provide the right practioner. If we don't think we can add value we'll tell you this upfront
- if necessary we sign an NDA to protect you and any information you choose to share with us
- the session is a confidential one to one there will be no sales follow-up unless you specifically request it
- we explictily ask permission to remain in touch (sending papers etc that may be of interest) . If you don't wish to, we respect this.
Something for nothing, what's the catch ?
There isn't one. We undertake these sessions for a number of reasons:
- as a new name they provide an opportunity to establish awareness in return for practical advice. Whilst they don't directly generate business if we can help you we find it generally does us no harm
- they help us in innovating our service portfolio by stimulating us and helping understand trends in the challenges that organisations are facing.
So in essence they are win-win's. Put simply we don't do the sessions out of the goodness of our hearts but equally we don't use them as a hard sell because there's no need and it would be counterproductive to do so.
How do I book an appointment ?
To book an appoint, simply contact us with your details and the area of interest and one of our practioners will be assigned to respond to you directly to arrange a session.
