Management and Delivery

Applio provides a variety of services designed to provide hands on support to deliver an IT strategy or improvement programme. You cannot and should not hand over management control of your programmes to consulting firms. However, we believe consultancies should be able and prepared to actively participate in and drive the delivery of the benefits associated with a change programme. There can be great value in an Applio consultant becoming part of the change team to both accelerate time to benefits and to act as a role-model and trusted advisor.
